These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “EULA”) govern your use of the Qamar Glow mobile application (“App”, “Service”, “Qamar Glow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Digital Maker Hub. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Qamar Glow. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
Qamar Glow provides tools and features intended to support personal reflection, cycle-related insights, and wellness-oriented experiences. The App is provided for informational and experiential purposes only.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the App or its services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Qamar Glow does not provide medical, health, legal, religious, or professional advice. Any insights, content, or features offered through the App are not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals or trusted personal sources. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the App and its features.
You may create an account and provide content such as a profile name or profile image (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Qamar Glow a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store, display, and use such content solely for operating and providing the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe the rights of others.
Qamar Glow offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Premium features. Subscriptions are sold as In-App Purchases through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.
Subscription prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by country or region. Current example pricing (subject to change and local store pricing): Monthly Premium approximately USD $4.95 per month; Yearly Premium approximately USD $44.55 per year. The price charged will be the price shown by Apple or Google when you confirm the purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings:
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
By purchasing a subscription you also agree to these Terms of Use (EULA) and our Privacy Policy:
All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Qamar Glow are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App, or if required for operational, legal, or security reasons. Termination of access to the App does not automatically cancel an active store subscription; you must cancel through Apple or Google as described above.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, reliability, or uninterrupted operation of the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Maker Hub and Qamar Glow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acknowledgment of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
